Mark Hepsworth

President, ComStock

Mark Hepsworth is president of ComStock, Inc., a subsidiary of Interactive Data. As president, Mr. Hepsworth is responsible for managing overall operations for this leading provider of real-time market data. Mr. Hepsworth became president of ComStock in October 2005 after serving for a decade as Managing Director for ComStock in Europe, which included general management responsibility for ComStock's operation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa . Mark joined ComStock in Europe as General Manager in 1995.

Prior to joining ComStock, Mark was the Deputy Head of Trading Systems for ACT Financial Systems Limited, a large UK based financial software company. During his four years with ACT FS, Mark had responsibility for new business sales, international business development and strategic product development. Overall, Mark has more than 20 years of experience working in the technology sector, with the vast majority of his experience concentrated in financial services.

Paul Zinone

Vice President, General Manager of North America

Paul Zinone is General Manager of North America, and has the distinction of holding the longest tenure of any employee to date with ComStock. Paul joined ComStock in 1986 as a Sales Representative, and for the next six years was promoted several times through Inside Sales, Account Management, Senior Sales and Sales Management. During each of those six years, Paul earned top sales honors, as well as an appointment to Director of Sales and Marketing in 1992.

In 1997, Paul was promoted to Vice President, and again in 1999 to his current position, overseeing all of our North American Operations, including Sales, Customer Support and Exchange Relations. Since 1992, Paul’s leadership has been a key factor in ComStock success, enabling us to more than double our annual revenue and triple our new sales.

David Brukman

Vice President of Technology

David joined ComStock in 1998 as Vice President of Technology. David oversees the design and development of software and hardware, as well as quality assurance, telecommunications, MIS and engineering for U.S, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Since joining ComStock, David has led us through the multi-million dollar redevelopment of our European Ticker Plant, Y2K preparation, U.S. Securities Decimalization and migration of distribution networks from legacy synchronous protocols to IP.

Prior to joining ComStock, David honed his craft in the telecommunications industry, most recently with ADC NewNet, a subsidiary of ADC Telecommunications in Shelton, CT. As Vice President of Technology, David was responsible for the creation and direction of groups and departments conducting research and development of innovative telecommunications technologies. Prior to that, David’s other roles at NewNet included Product Line Director and Vice President of Engineering.

David’s experiences also include consulting, project management and hands-on design. David holds several patents in wireless telecommunications technology.

Donald Finucane

Vice President of Product Management & Marketing

Don Finucane is Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Don joined ComStock in 1999. Prior to joining ComStock, Don spent seven years with Market News International, a real-time newswire for bond and currency traders. His roles there included Vice President of Marketing with global responsibility for marketing programs and product development. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales. Before Market News International, Don worked for Thomson Financial Services for four years in sales and product management roles. Don holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Laurie Campbell

Vice President of Sales, The Americas

Laurie Campbell joined ComStock in 2003 as Vice President of Sales for the Americas division, with 20+ years of successful experience in global financial services. Laurie has been in the market data industry since starting her career with Quotron in 1984 as a Sales Support Representative. During her seven years with Quotron, Laurie quickly moved into management and from 1989 until she left in 1991, she was the District Sales Manager for their Boston territory. In 1991, Laurie joined Dow Jones as National Account Manager and was soon promoted to Sales Director for Global/National Accounts. Laurie's most recent position was with OMGEO/DTCC, where she spent four years as Executive Director of Sales and Operations Client Services. Laurie holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College and has participated in an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University.

Glenn Honigman

Senior Finance Director

Glenn Honigman is the Senior Finance Director for ComStock, which includes overseeing the coordination of the organization's financial records, and day-to-day financial matters including the preparation and review of financial statements, preparing annual budgets, forecasting and cash flow analysis. Glenn joined ComStock in March 2005. Prior to joining ComStock, Glenn spent 7 years at A&E Television Networks as a Division Financial Manager, and more recently as the Director of Corporate Accounting. During his tenure at A&E Television Networks, Glenn had responsibility for supervising the corporate accounting staff, directing the budget and forecast procedures as well as managing all treasury functions. Glenn was also instrumental in the launch and management of Biography Magazine which reached over 700,000 readers. Glenn has more than 12 years of experience working in finance and gained his CPA while working at Arthur Andersen LLP. Glenn also holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

Charlie Schulz

Finance Director

Charlie Schulz is Director of Finance for ComStock, which includes the coordination of the organization's financial records, and day-to-day financial matters including the preparation and review of financial statements, preparing annual budgets, forecasting and cash flow analysis. Charlie joined ComStock in December 1999 as the Assistant Controller. Prior to joining ComStock, Charlie was the Assistant Controller for Zeus Components. During his tenure at Zeus Charlie had responsibility for supervising the accounting staff, managing the annual audits and performing monthly account reconciliations. Charlie was also responsible for overseeing accounts payable, expense reports, payroll and the preparing of monthly expense variance analysis and cash flow models. Charlie has more than 21 years of experience working in finance.

Janice Reid

Manager of Human Resources

Janice Reid is the Manager of Human Resources. Janice joined ComStock in 1998 with more than 12 years of professional experience. Janice has been in the financial services industry since 1986, beginning her Human Resources career with The Fuji Bank, Ltd., where she worked until joining ComStock. Janice's role at ComStock serves as a link between corporate HR, management and employees. Providing specialized services to staff members, Janice's goal is to foster positive relationships and job satisfaction, while insuring that all employee-related practices are in compliance with state and federal law. Specific responsibilities include: recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, health and safety, and office management. Janice holds her BA in Speech & Theatre from Wagner College.
